President & CEO

John Wolfe is the president and chief executive officer of Wolfe Engineering. 

Prior to founding Wolfe Engineering in 1992, Mr. Wolfe spent more than 20 years designing and developing integrated manufacturing systems for OEMs in industrial and high-tech sectors including semiconductor, pharmaceutical and power. Mr. Wolfe has leveraged his extensive engineering experience to provide an industry-leading range of high-quality, integrated turnkey manufacturing solutions to Wolfe Engineering's customers. 

In step with the Company's corporate philosophy, Mr. Wolfe ensures the highest level of product and service quality, a theme that permeates all aspects of Wolfe Engineering and is fundamental to the Company's continuing success. Based on his deep expertise in engineering, manufacturing and operations, Mr. Wolfe provides leadership and vision for an enduring, innovative company with an impressive and fast-growing list of corporate customers. 

Before launching Wolfe Engineering in 1992, Mr. Wolfe served from 1989-1992 as president of Orbitek, a leading semiconductor manufacturing firm. Mr. Wolfe was also one of the founders of e-Flow. 

Mr. Wolfe earned a bachelor's of science degree in metallurgical engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Vice President

As Vice President of Wolfe Engineering, Rita Wolfe is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. With more than 20 years' experience in the semiconductor industry, Mrs. Wolfe brings a strong understanding of customer relationship and project management to Wolfe Engineering. Her previous management experience provides her a unique ability to understand and execute complex customer requirements in the most efficient manner. 

Under Mrs. Wolfe's vigilant watch, Wolfe Engineering has secured an impeccable reputation for exceeding customer expectations. 

From 1989 to 1992, Mrs. Wolfe served as an inside sales manager of Orbitek. 





Lars Uffhausen
Lars Uffhausen
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Uffhausen joined Wolfe in 1999 to design and implement critical enterprise and manufacturing resource planning (ERP/MRP) systems to streamline Wolfe's operations. Today, in his critical role as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Uffhausen oversees all aspects of Wolfe's operations, finances and the information technology infrastructure.

In keeping with Wolfe's dedication to on-time, on-budget manufacturing solutions, Mr. Uffhausen is responsible for the development and implementation of long-range strategic technology acquisition and best practices to enhance all levels of Wolfe's business operations. He is driving long-range strategic planning processes for global site and international operations with his main focus to creative cost reduction in a competitive international market while creating a healthy and striving environment.

Since joining Wolfe, Mr. Uffhausen has created standards for manufacturing processes, deployed and enhanced Wolfe's ORACLE database architecture and launched Wolfe's e-Technology corporate identity.

Prior to joining Wolfe, Mr. Uffhausen held numerous technical and executive-level positions with a focus on finances, engineering, business systems and Web design.

Mr. Uffhausen holds a master's of science in industrial engineering from University of Furtwangen, Germany and a bachelor's of science in mechanical engineering from De Montfort University, UK.





Tom Bissett
Tom Bissett
Director of Engineering

Tom has nearly thirty-five years of experience in engineering and operations management. He was most recently the Vice President of Technology for Cryotech International, a cryogenic equipment provider. Prior to joining Cryotech in August 2005, Mr. Bissett was Vice President of Engineering at Hybrid Networks. His efforts were instrumental in designing and building the first commercially deployed high-speed wireless Internet access system for Sprint.

Tom's previously was Vice President of Operations and a member of the founding team of Semaphore Communications Corp., a Xerox company that designed and manufactured network security products. Prior experience includes instrument and construction equipment design.

Tom holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Utah, and a master’s degree in business administration from San Jose State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and California.





Brad Ventres
Brad Ventres
Director of Materials

Brad Ventres is the Director of Materials for Wolfe Engineering. He also has responsibilities for inside and outside sales.

Mr.Ventres joined Wolfe Engineering in 2003, as the Operations Planning Manager. His 20 years of experience in materials management, procurement and customer service were instrumental in the development of new inventory and supplier programs. Management tools such as Vendor Managed Inventory, Consigned Inventory, Cycle Count Programs, Key Performance Indicators were integrated with our ERP system. Such programs have proven to be vital to Wolfe Engineering’s Quality Management System and customer driven solutions. Mr.Ventres was elevated to the position of Materials Director in 2008.

Prior to coming to Wolfe Engineering, Mr.Ventres worked in the Santa Clara Valley for Xidex-Dysan, Anacomp and SKC America, all in a similar capacity.

Mr.Ventres holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, at Santa Cruz.
